We are looking for someone with positive energy that spreads among colleagues and our guests. You need to be structured with a good ability to keep multiple tasks rolling at the same time. The job includes check-in and check-out as well as being there for our guests during their stay. It is important to us that you are curious and inventive in order to greet guests in a warm and professional manner while guiding them and providing the right information that facilitates for your colleagues around the house. You have high integrity with a good ability to quickly adapt and make decisions when the situation requires it.

The role of Supervisor entails extra responsibility where you are a role model for your colleagues in Hospitality, leadership, and living our values. You will support your immediate leader with staffing responsibilities during certain periods as well as with other tasks that arise in everyday life.

This role will also support our Meeting & Event team in taking care of our business guests. This includes ensuring venues, welcoming our guests, and being present during conferences and events.

In addition, we believe you need:

• Experience from similar work, preferably within hotels/destinations.
• Experience from F&B (restaurant, bar, kitchen) is highly meritorious.
• If you have previously been a leader, we see this as a big plus, but it is more important that you possess qualities such as being secure, empathetic, and action-oriented.
• Good ability to handle change and quick decisions.
• A good role model both from a leadership perspective and in how we meet guests and, not least, each other in the team.

About the position:

Fixed-term employment at 75% with immediate start until August 31 (good opportunities for extension exist). Varied working hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
